Fantastic opportunity to join a well established company based in Green Park, our client is looking for a Administration Assistant to join their team on a 12 month temporary contract. Starting ASAP the role is offering an hourly pay rate of �10.50 to �11, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
We are looking for a competent and proactive Administration Assistant to help with the day-to-day admin tasks to ensure smooth running of the department.
The ideal candidate will be a hard working professional person who has the ability to multi-task and work diligently under pressure. This person needs to have a high degree of attention to details and to be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
*Manage the educational grant funding request process
*Review and align new educational grant funding request with the relevant Business Manager
*Manage speaker agreement process, including processing of payments and update the Marketing Assistant with amounts for the P&I tracker
*Process invoices supplied by the key account manager team for payment to the Transparency Team
*Book travel arrangements for Key Account Managers and Marketing Team when required
*Work with the Marketing, Key Account Manager Team and Sales Manager to arrange any meeting venues as required
*Manage and arrange archiving of job bags as required
*Send out any requested post from the Key Account Manager Team, Marketing Team or Managers
*Manage the filing process for all aspects of the Team
*Answer, screen and take messages for any incoming phone calls
The ideal candidate:
*Proven experience within a previous administrative role
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proficiency in MS Office
