Adecco are currently recruiting for an ADMIN ASSISTANT to work for a Local Authority in WANDSWORTH.

ADMIN ASSISTANT

WANDSWORTH

TEMPORARY ROLE (MINIMUM 3 MONTHS)

£11.29 PER HOUR

FULL TIME - 36 HOURS PER WEEK

Main Duties:

·  Filing of all paper applications and other documents , ready for scanning and archiving .

·  Clearing out the office and organising things better

·  Looking through the new in-year secondary procedure

·  Moving reception 2018-19 children to the new round

·  Moving pupil records to the new in-year round

·  Moving to being 'paper-less' office

·  Moving 2018-19 filing across to the other side of the filing cabinet

·  Filing 2018-19 applications etc- all types

·  Going through 2018-19 filing to ensure that all the items have impulse ID numbers where possible

·  Filing any 2019-20 forms as they come up (in-year mostly)

·  Creating new ID numbers for items in the filing that are not related to people on Impulse

·  Creating new ID numbers for the misc. categories from previous years scanning

·  Clearing out 2018-19 apps and booklets in preparation for new ones

·  Clearing out the office of un-used and broken equipment and stationary (including Tasha's desk)

·  Disposing of Year 6 test materials

·  Helping file, dispose and create ID numbers for any items in Head of Pupil Services office

·  Post (collecting, stamping, returning originals, distributing)

·  Printing off applications from Impulse
