My large client based in Hayes are seeking an accounts receivable clerk to join their large team.

The role-

*Chase outstanding debts and update excel spread sheets
*Release Sales Orders according to our terms and credit limits
*Code remittance advices according to the correct invoice numbers
*Submit EC Sales and Intrastats to the HMRC monthly
*Processing and accurately allocating Sales Ledger receipts to our customer accounts.
*Processing credit card payments
*Setting up new customers and carry out Credit checks.
*Maintenance of the Sales Ledger.
*Reconciling Bank Statements (Multi-Currency)
*Mailing of customer statements at month end and as requested
