Adecco Bolton are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk for our client in Whitefield.

Duties to include:
- To reconcile all supplier statements.
- Manage supplier payments as per the agreed contractual terms.
- Resolve supplier queries.
- Prepare and send all remittance and prepare the Supplier Payment file for authorisation.
- Assist and support the team with day to day queries in relation to supplier invoices.
- To provide administrative support and ad hoc duties as required.
- Rolling out best practice including the documentation of internal processes.
- To assist with the processing of supplier invoices.

Knowledge, skills and experienced required:
- Previous experience in a Finance department.
- The client ideally would like the right candidate to be working towards an AAT qualification.
- The ability to plan and prioritise your own work load.
- Calmness under pressure.
- Decision -making ability.
- Accurate Record keeping.
