Adecco are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant / Experienced Administrator for a well known manufacturers in the Sheffield / Barnsley area.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Experienced Administrator
· Previously worked with client and sales invoices (with the ability to reconcile supplier statements)
· Strong IT skills, mainly using Excel spreadsheets
· Experience of dealing with Purchase Ledgers
· Friendly with a good telephone manner
· Identify and address discrepancies
· Liaise with Suppliers to ensure all supplier invoices are received on a timely basis and are recorded only once.
· Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
· Reconcile financial statements
· Prepare, send and store invoices
35 days holiday per annum
