Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client, a leading organisation in the finance industry, is seeking a talented individual like you to join their team as an Accounts Payable Specialist on a temporary basis.
What You'll Do
· Handle a high volume of invoices and maintain accurate records using Excel and data entry skills
· Ensure the accuracy of reconciliations and payment lists, paying close attention to detail
· Resolve any queries that may arise during the accounts payable process using your strong problem-solving skills
· Utilise your knowledge of purchase order numbers and their significance to effectively manage accounts payable
· Work as part of a proactive, enthusiastic team and excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
⏰ Temporary Role ⏰
This is an excellent chance to gain valuable experience in a temporary role, with the flexibility to work between 26 and 37 hours per week.
What You'll Need
· Proficiency in Excel and data entry to handle large volumes of invoices and maintain accurate records
· Excellent attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of reconciliations and payment lists
· Strong problem-solving skills to resolve any queries that may arise
· Knowledge of purchase order numbers and their significance in the accounts payable process
