Monday to Friday based in Hammersmith West London
9.00am to 5.30pm
£16.00 per hour

What will you do?
Processing invoices and ensuring accurate and timely payments
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies
Communicating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Monitoring expenses and cooperating with the finance team to ensure compliance
Participating in process improvement initiatives
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in Accounts Payable
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in relevant accounting software systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
experience of SAGE 50, Quickbooks
