Join an Exciting Financial Team as an Accounts Assistant! Please note this role is initially on a 12 month contract basis. Salary is attractive and negotiable depending on experience.

Your Role:
· Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
· Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements weekly, monthly, quarterly.
· Handling Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger, ensuring prompt payment processing and credit notes
· Supporting Head of Finance with Credit Control
· Make construction contract applications for payment
· Job Costing
· Accruals, prepayments, stock take/processing/valuations

· Previous PL & SL experience
· Experience working with accounting software and MS Excel.
· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· A proactive attitude
