We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to work for a very well established publishing company based in the City of London.
The role is paying �25,000 per annum and is supporting the Accounts team with maintaining and reporting the financial records and transactions of the company.
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Obtaining authorisations
* Posting journals
* Payment runs
* Reconciliation of accounts
* Raising invoices
* Posting payments and receipts
* Raising cheques and other payments
* Dealing with expense forms
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience working in a similar environment
* Previous accounts experience
* Willingness to learn new skills
* Hard working attitude
