We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join a fast growing accountancy practice based in Shillington, Central Bedfordshire. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an accountancy practice.
*Providing administrative to accountants and undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing and basic book keeping.
*Maintaining the office and assisting with the lead accountant and building the books for clients.
*Working with spread sheets and journals.
*Managing petty cash transactions.
*Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
*Visiting clients off site and completed taxes etc.
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in an accountancy practice.
*Good verbal and written communication.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*The ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records.
*Computer literacy and ability to use specialist applications such as IRIS and Sage
*�11-�14ph Depending On Experience
*20 days + 8 bank holidays pro rata
*20 hours per week
