Responsibilities:
· Build and expand a portfolio of existing accounts, nurturing long-term, successful relationships to drive repeat business and growth.
· Identify and pursue up selling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and maximise account profitability.
· Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to order fulfilment.
· Participate in or lead strategic sales campaigns to drive business growth and expand market share.
· Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to optimise profitability.
· Handle inbound inquiries, generate quotes, and process orders efficiently, capturing all sales opportunities.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
· Maintain accurate CRM records to track customer interactions and opportunities.
Requirements:
· Proven track record in consultative sales, managing customer accounts, and driving sales growth.
· Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Ability to identify up selling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise account revenue.
· Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset to optimise sales strategies.
· Experience with CRM systems is desirable, training will be provided.
· Exceptional communication skills to build rapport internally and externally.
· Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-performance sales environment.
· Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
· Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and a passion for technology and industry trends.
· Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively, while also being independent and self-sufficient.
· Willingness to occasionally travel to events and customer sites as needed.
