I am currently recruiting for a 6 month contract role for an Administrator based in Victoria.
You must be available for the full 6 month duration of this position.
- Process, print and send invoices
- Email management
- Data entry - managing the department database (good excel skills will be beneficial)
- Scanning, filing and photocopying
- Occasionally answering the phones
- Sending professional letters and emails
- Generally assisting within the office
The ideal candidate will be;
- Self motivated
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Confident handling invoices
- Confident using Microsoft office packages including Outlook
- A strong communicator
