2nd Line Support Help Desk Analyst
6 Months - Temporary (potential to extend)
£8.62-9.62 per hour (Dependant on experience)
· Take incoming calls received by Help Desk
· Provide help, advice and answers to resolve problems with systems
· Pass incidents to other support teams/maintenance where appropriate
· Log call details
· Ideally will have Help Desk experience
· Android experience preferable but not essential
· Must have a good telephone manner
· Able to work under pressure
· Good attention to detail
· Good technical skills
Hours work on a shift pattern- 37 hours per week.
Weekday shifts will be between the hours of 6am-8pm usually on a 5 week rotation.
Weekends (1 in 5) 8am-4pm only.
