Adecco LifeScience, divisione specializzata di Adecco, ricerca per azienda leader nel settore farmaceutico un/a neolaurato/a CONTABILE CLIENTI

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and record customer accounting data (customer credit MD, invoices, payments, clearing of AR open items and other allied activities) working closely with the Subsidiary's Finance team
- Control and reconciliation of transitory accounts relating to cash collection
- Review and analyze customer ledger and credit aging report, identifying any issues and addressing them proactively with the Subsidiaries
- Launch and monitor customer statements and dunning note automatic processes
- Contact proactively customer to request payment of overdue invoices, ensure timely credit collection
- Ensure tasks are completed in line with standard operating procedures (SOP) and Group Policies, escalating any type of possible deviations
- Maintaining & ensuring a detailed and exhaustive listing & documentation of all credit & collection calls
- Attending monthly AR/credit meetings as the focal point of Subsidiary's CRM open cases (internal and/or external) collecting all related data
- Always making meaningful suggestions to improve and promote potential solutions to any problem

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Knowledge of account receivable and cash collection procedures
- Knowledge of the Office pack, with a strong level of proficiency in Excel
- Recommended SAP proficiency
- Fluency in English
- Effective management, organizational and communication skills

Sede di lavoro: Milano (linea M2)
Orario di lavoro: 9.00-18.00 dal lunedì al venerdì; smart working previsto 2 giorni a settimana

Pacchetto retributivo:
- iniziale contratto in somministrazione 12 mesi
- CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, Livello e RAL saranno commisurati all'esperienza del/la candidato/a
- Mensa interna + welfare aziendale
