IT EDUCATION CENTER-Bocconi Internship

Job description

The IT Education Center at Bocconi Univerisity manage:
? The design and delivery of training included in the study plans of the University Degree Program;
? The organization of the supplementary activities provided for all the students;
? The management of IT certifications, also providing the Test Center service for some of them.
A team of over 40 teachers collaborate with the Center, among the best professionals in the field of academic training and 90 tutors selected among the most brilliant Bocconi students.

The intern will get the chance to learn about the educational offer of the University's IT courses, manage relations with the different stakeholders (students, staff, faculty, tutors), improve the work organization skills (communication, precision, attention to detail, time management) and the use of professional tools (Office package).
In particular, the intern will be involved in the following activities:
• Support in the organization of curricular and extra-curricular courses (enrollment, logistics, scheduling, communications, analysis of feedback and data on participants, preparation of certificates)
• Providing information to students (Italian and international) on the activities of ITEC
• Support in managing the student information requests
• Operational assistance in managing students' procedures and updating information channels (website, forms, documentation)
• Operational assistance to professors and tutors
• Support in the organization of exam sessions for IT certifications
• Periodic reports and statistics

Requirements:
• Graduated with a Master's Degree with outstanding academic path
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Curious to know how a higher education institution operates in the international education market
• Soft skills: good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach and problem solving; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; strong attention to detail.
