Adecco Consultant Milano, for a global brand operating in the field of enviromental and energy engineering, is looking for a:

Junior Electrical Project Engineer

TASK DESCRIPTION
- Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets
- Analyzing technical drawings and specifications to estimate costs with Engineering and Procurement Specialist
- Monitoring and tracking budget status
- Monitoring and tracking project progress and preparing reports
- Preparing and following progress payment status list
- Communicating with vendors and contractors to planning payments
- Provide to make payments on time to vendors and contractors
- Ensures operations are completed on time and within budgets.
- Performs administrative duties in support of the HQ DCC department
- Performs collection, entry, and distribution procedures as required
- Ensures document transmittals by others are accurate and complete
- Maintains, organizes, and updates documents in electronic archive systems (OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ensuring documented information is maintained and preserved from damage

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate of Civil or Electrical Engineering department of universities
- Fluent in English, good communication in speaking and writing
- Able to use AutoCAD
- Able to use Microsoft Office programs
- Open to learning and result oriented
- Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
- Team oriented personality
- Driver license (B)
- Resident or able to reside in Milan
