Adecco Italia spa is currently recruiting a Junior Administration Officer.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Administration Officer contributes to the correct suppliers payment process by collecting the vendor's invoices, by identifying the accounts details (cost center, GL accounts) and verifying the correct purchase order processed in the system.
This role is the first level help desk for the suppliers in order to give them information about orders, invoices or payments.
He/She will carry out the following activities:
- Collect the suppliers' invoices and match them with the related Purchase Order
- Provide assistance in order to issue their payment
- Collect the suppliers' invoices without Purchase Order, by codifying the documents with the accounting details (GL account, cost center)
- Prepare the authorization form to be signed by the budget owner
- Support the suppliers who need information about the order, the invoice or the payment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma in Accounting or Administration
- Fluent in Italian and intermediate level of English (B1/B2)
- Good experience in standard computer programs (MS Office, Excel especially)
Furthermore, he/she is service and customer-oriented, dynamic and flexible, organized and accurate.
Workplace: Milan (south)
Offer: Fixed term contract, 1 year
Working hours: full time 38 hours per week – lun/thu 9.00/18.00 – Friday 9.00/16.00
