Job description
We are looking for an intern for our International Relations teams, that will have to manage all the activities and processes related to incoming exchange students and programs, interacting with all the stakeholders involved, such as students, colleagues from different Bocconi Units and partner universities.
The International Student Desk team is in charge of providing support to incoming exchange students, from the network of Bocconi Partner Schools and managing all the activities related to their exchange semester. The intern can be involved in the following activities:
- Data collection, performing data analysis, drafting documents and preparing data reports; database management
- Managing communications and organizing activities for incoming exchange students (such as: welcome days, cultural activities, etc.); handling exchange students' applications and other administrative procedures (study visa, permit of stay, course selection, transcripts, etc.), interacting with relevant colleagues from different Units; providing support to the office daily activities and projects
Requirements
• Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 4-6 months)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good analytical skills; data-driven approach
• Curious to know how a higher education institution operates in the international education market
• Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical approach and critical thinking; hands-on approach; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with strong attention to detail.
