Field Service Engineer (Ingegnere Responsabile Manutenzione)

Job description

I have a new position open for a skilled ES Field Service Engineer to support the business in the Avezzano's area.
The person identified will provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation and modification, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service and repair of complex equipment and systems.
The resource will also be in charge of performing regular preventive maintenance on existing systems, checking out, approving operational quality of system equipment and instructing customers in the operation and maintenance of the systems.

Skills and Experience:
- A positive team-working approach and adherence to Safety Policies and Procedures is essential, along with good interpersonal and self-presentation skills
- Good organization skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Good ability to produce internal and external written reporting.
- High school Diploma in a technical field is required and previous experience as a Field Service Engineer will be considered a plus.
Willingness to go on business trips
