Job description

HR Consultant, looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join the company to lead specific company processes (pricing, relocation) and support ad hoc operational excellence projects.

The Tasks:
-Lead the pricing process across cities to ensure in each city the optimal pricing structure to maximize revenues and consumers
-Pricing market monitoring across cities to benchmark the competition
-Lead the relocation process across cities to ensure the optimal numbers of vehicles in each area of the city on daily basis to maximize utilization and cover the need in each area
-Visit the key cities to deep dive on the relocation and pricing procedures to ensure guidelines are implemented at city level
-Lead cross-functional analysis projects start to end: formulating problem statement, collecting necessary information and data, executing analysis, and communicating results
-Standardisation of processes to increase overall efficiency across the organization
-Lead the execution process and be responsible for the rollout schedule of new processes and procedures

The Profile:
-Solid experience in business intelligence and data analysis
Experience in process comprehension
-Change agent mindset with strong implementation skills
-Good English skills
-Driving license
