Administrative Accountant

Job description
Adecco Italia Spa, Financial Services Division, for a Luxury Tour Operator with more than 60 offices around the world, is looking for an Accountant to join the Florence offices to carry out administrative/accounting tasks.
Successful candidate will be involved in the following activities:
• Sales invoices and reconciliation customer deposits
• Approve and pay suppliers invoices
• Record bank and cash transactions
• Reconciliation and recording credit card transactions
• Reporting and base audits
The ideal candidate must have:
• a master's degree in business;
• three/five years of experience in the Administration, finance and control area or experience in audit or advisory companies;
• excellent knowledge of general ledger and accounting;
• excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• excellent knowledge of English;
• excellent interpersonal and team working skills and a flexible and dynamic approach.
