Job description
Kigtek delivers process control, monitoring and safety solutions to a number of the world’s leading spirits manufacturers helping them to produce many of the world’s best known spirits brands. Our work takes us to some of the largest, most advanced and highest volume drinks production sites in the UK. We are currently looking to recruit a Electrician (Hazardous areas)
We undertake work on sites throughout central Scotland from our bases in Leven, Fife and Bellshill, Lanarkshire.

About the role;
Our operatives work primarily on industrial sites completing all aspects of electrical installations work and are expected to:
- Work from electrical Single Line Diagrams and wiring schematics.
- Install cabling containment systems such as cable tray and trunking.
- Install a wide variety of cable types including power, communications and instrumentation, multi-core, braided and armoured.
- Gland and terminate a wide variety of cable types included ATEX cables.
- Perform IET and ATEX cable testing and complete corresponding test sheets.

The Candidate;
You will be a dynamic and proactive team player who strives to deliver high-quality work and the highest level of customer service.
You will be prepared to travel to different client sites and adhere their and Kigtek’s health and safety working practices.
You will have a valid ECS card and Compex 01-04 certificate.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and have a full UK driving licence.
