Actemium, an international Electrical Services organization with a global turnover of €2.8 billion and based in over 40 countries is looking to recruit an EV Electrician to join their expanding Electric Vehicle charging business unit. Looking to recruit Electrical Mate/ Labourers  in the Midlands and Northwest

Summary 

• Support with all aspects of Electrical Installation work.
• On site installation works including various types of electrical switchgear, accessories, cables, cable containment and associated fixings/ support systems.
• Manual Handling/ Housekeeping/ Workshop duties
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with Test/ Inspection & commissioning of various types of electrical systems and components.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Opportunities available for further development/ progression pending completion of 6–12 month probation period.

Desired profile

Qualifications/Experience

• Experience in all aspects of electrical installation works -Ideally
• Experience in commercial/ industrial environments -Ideally
• Experience with EV Charging Equipment Installations-Ideally
• Experience working within CDM controlled environments (Construction Sites)- Ideally
• ECS/JIB Grade - Electrical Labourer (Minimum)
• ECS/JIB Grade – Improver w/ NVQ level 2 (desirable)
• Able to work using own initiative and as part of a team.
• Good Communication Skills
• Positive attitude
• Reliable/ Punctual
• H&S conscious
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willing to travel, stay away (overnight) and potentially work unsociable hours
