We are recruiting for a Office and Warehouse Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Management:

• Serve as the point of contact for Lex accounts, managing company vehicle-related matters.
• Plan and schedule vehicle maintenance to ensure the reliability and safety of the fleet.
• This part includes asking for the quotes, ordering the vehicles, insurance claims, and potentially management of repairs.
• Building Services:
• Coordinate improvements to office and warehouse facilities, obtaining quotes and managing capital expenditures (capex).
• Act as the liaison with subcontractors when work is needed, reviewing their Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS).
• Maintain open communication with the entire team regarding facility interventions.
• A handyman will be a plus.

Stock Management:

• Manage and track stocks, with a specific focus on EV charger’s stock.

Warehouse Organization:

• Oversee warehouse cleaning and organization, creating processes to maintain a neat and safe workspace. Sorting all the daily delivering in each adequate area conformed to the organization defined. Management of the stocks and inventory.

Administrative:

• The candidate must be comfortable using word, excel, email…
• Responsible for refreshing our training matrix for our team of 20 electricians
• Responsible for booking the training
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
• Order PPE supplies, plan the yearly distribution to employees, and maintain records of distribution.

Desired profile

Qualifications:

• The candidate must be comfortable driving an electric high lift truck / pallet lift (Desirable)
• Previous experience in office and warehouse management roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant warehouse management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
