Job description

Key tasks

- Integrate and lead the wellness team of holistic spa and medical professionals.
- Ensure all guests are satisfied, both in terms of service and achievement of their wellness goals.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Train and develop team in the standards of operating.
- Ensure all team members are aware of guest satisfaction and room revenue targets.

NOTE : Successful candidate will be contracted with and based at Movenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok - Thailand
