Purpose


As the Wellness Coordinator, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our premium corporate wellness space in Melbourne CBD. You’ll cultivate a welcoming, restorative environment that inspires wellbeing and connection for tenants and guests alike. Your role blends hospitality, operations, and creativity, ensuring every visitor experiences wellness at its finest.


 


Key Responsibilities

·  Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will collaborate with Building Management on long-term planning and new wellness initiatives.
·  Lead and oversee daily operations of the wellness studio, ensuring exceptional client experience and service delivery.
·  Manage private bookings, workshops, and corporate wellness programs.
·  Develop and implement strategies to grow participation and engagement in wellness offerings.
·  Supervise class scheduling, staff rostering, and performance to ensure smooth delivery of all sessions.
·  Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and reporting functions.
·  Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
·  Handle conflict resolution and provide tailored wellness advice for individuals and corporate clients.

 


Skills & Experience

·  Proven experience in wellness, hospitality, or fitness management.
·  Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide instructors and support teams.
·  Excellent communication and customer service focus.
·  Organised and strategic thinker with the ability to manage budgets and timetables efficiently.
·  Passion for health, wellbeing, and creating a premium client experience.
