Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Provide friendly, efficient, and professional front office service, including warm welcomes, check-ins, and check-outs.
·  Anticipate guest needs, handle cash transactions, and maintain Pullman service standards.
·  Monitor room status, manage guest complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
·  Maintain accurate guest profiles and follow VIP protocols.
·  Adhere to local government requirements and Pullman guidelines for guest management.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:       

·  Thriving in fast-paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences.
·  Previous experience in hospitality is a strong advantage.
·  Tech-savvy with Opera or similar systems
·  Guest-oriented, approachable, and genuinely service-minded
·  Fluency in English; additional languages are great asset
·  Sales-driven mindset
