Job Description

We'd love to tell you more , you will be:

·  Quoting, contracting and managing the end to end planning   of Weddings  ensuring that the client receives seamless five star service from the initial enquiry to post event follow up.
·  Assisting with special events  once contracted by the Sales team. 
·  Identifying new business opportunities
·  Hosting site inspections attending trade shows  and  networking events  as required to represent the Hotel and enhance its profile.
·  Collaborate with the marketing team  on Wedding Campaigns, Advertisements and Collateral.
·  Completing internal reporting and administration as required in line
with departmental processes. 
·  Working within a fast-paced, fun & supportive team of  10+ Sales professionals to collaborate with & learn from

Qualifications

Your keys to growth & success with us include: 

·  Weddings experience (it’s a  must ) 
·  Proven ability to sell
·  High attention to detail as you multi-task
·  Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to ‘think on your feet’
·  Events experience
·  Natural relationship builder
·  Flexibility to working days/hours to suit client requirements from time to time (some weekend work will be required) 
·  Experience in a premium or similar environment would be highly regarded
