Job Description

Your Role in the Story 

As a Waiter/Waitress, you play a central role in bringing our dining experience to life. Whether you join Mimi Kakushi or LENEA ( All-Day Dining) team, you are the link between the kitchen, the bar, and our guests — delivering attentive, confident, and polished service that ensures every guest experience meets RIKAS standards.

You will ensure the smooth flow of service within your section, guiding runners and supporting colleagues while making every guest feel welcomed, informed, and genuinely cared for. This hands-on role requires strong service knowledge, teamwork, and a true passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities 

·  Deliver consistent, high-quality table service in line with outlet and RIKAS standards
·  Welcome guests warmly and guide them through their dining experience
·  Present menus and explain dishes, beverages, and dietary considerations when requested
·  Take accurate orders and enter them efficiently into the POS system
·  Serve dishes with attention to timing, presentation, and RIKAS standards of excellence
·  Proactively ask about allergies or dietary needs to ensure guest satisfaction
·  Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and checklist completion
·  Maintain table cleanliness and reset as needed throughout service
·  Suggestively upsell to enhance the guest experience and support revenue
·  Communicate clearly with runners, bartenders, kitchen teams, and management
·  Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive team environment
·  Attend briefings and stay informed about reservations, events, and service priorities
·  Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues to management when needed
·  Support and guide junior team members within your section, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
·  Participate actively in daily briefings, staying informed on reservations, events, VIP guests, and service priorities
·  Handle guest feedback with confidence and professionalism, escalating concerns appropriately to ensure a consistently elevated experience

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For 

·  Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Waiter in an upscale, fast-paced hospitality environment 
·  Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, menus, wine, cocktails, and service styles 
·  Understanding of health & safety, food hygiene, allergens, and service regulations 
·  Confident use of POS and operational systems 
·  Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus) 
·  Eligible to work in (EU) countries. 
·  Warm, outgoing, and professional personality with a guest-first mindset 
·  Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills 
·  Well-presented, organized, and attentive to detail. 
·  Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail 
·  Hands-on, results-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple F&B outlets and teams. 
·  Committed to creating exceptional, memorable guest experiences that reflect brand values. 
·  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-first environment, balancing operational demands with team development. 
·  Passionate about hospitality, culinary trends, culture, and the art of service.
