Job Description

You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.

·  Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
·  Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively
·  Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards
·  Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to requests or concerns
·  Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
·  Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
·  Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly
·  Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience
·  Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
·  Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various services or events
·  Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
·  Adapt to changing needs during busy periods, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an asset
·  Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
·  Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
