Job Description

What you will be doing:

 

·  Provide a friendly, personalised welcome and attentive service to guests, adapting to their needs and constraints
·  Establish good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
·  Prepare and maintain the restaurant, including point of sale and preparation areas
·  Deliver efficient waiter service, including knowledge of dish composition and handling any shortages
·  Recommend and promote F&B and bar offers, as well as other hotel services
·  Contribute to meeting department targets by respecting procedures and internal audits
·  Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace, adhering to HACCP regulations
·  Ensure proper care of equipment, crockery, and appliances
·  Apply hotel security regulations and safety guidelines for all equipment used
·  Convey an attitude in tune with the brand, contributing to the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant

 

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:       

·   Good command of written and spoken English communication skill.
·   Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials.
·   Guest oriented, service minded and attention to quality
·   Dynamic personality
·   Thorough and organised approach
·   Creative
