Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead our Telesales Marketing / Loyalty Sales Consultant team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
· Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales consultants to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in a competitive market

Drive and sustain high sales performance while adapting to changing market conditions and customer expectations
·
Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse sales team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and improvement plans
·
Monitor individual and team performance, providing real-time coaching to improve results and call quality
·
Ensure all sales calls meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and company policies
·
Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
·
Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, techniques, and team effectiveness
·
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
Qualifications
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales or telesales environment, with prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
·
Strong coaching, people management, and performance management skills
·
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market
·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
·
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and performance data
·
Experience in call quality monitoring, compliance, and sales process improvement
·
Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer expectations
·
Strong problem-solving skills, including handling escalated customer concerns
