Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**

·  Welcome guests and provide warm, professional assistance with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
·  Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
·  Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, tickets, and other guest requests with attention to detail
·  Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to fulfill guest needs and ensure satisfaction
·  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local area, events, and services to deliver personalized, proactive service
·  Handle luggage assistance coordination and manage complex guest requests with resourcefulness and discretion
·  Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, protecting guest privacy and data
·  Record guest requests and feedback, following up to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement

**Requirements**

·  Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or guest services (luxury hotel environment preferred)
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service orientation
·  Good knowledge of local area attractions and services
·  Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively
·  Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
·  Professional appearance, positive attitude, and cultural awareness
·  Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
·  Problem-solving acumen and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Qualifications

 

· 
Minimum 2–3 years of substantive experience in a luxury hotel concierge or guest relations role within a 5-star or ultra-luxury establishment.

· 
Les Clefs d'Or certification or demonstrated eligibility is essential.

· 
Comprehensive knowledge of the local destination, luxury lifestyle offerings, and the expectations of high-net-worth clientele.

· 
Demonstrated expertise in anticipating guest requirements and delivering bespoke, tailored experiences consistently.

· 
Fluency in a minimum of two languages required; proficiency in additional languages is essential.

· 
Superior interpersonal and communication capabilities with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with discerning clientele.

· 
Advanced problem-solving acumen and resourcefulness in managing complex guest requests with absolute discretion and professionalism.

· 
Advanced proficiency with concierge management systems, property management software, and digital communication platforms.

· 
Unwavering commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and the maintenance of the highest standards of guest privacy and data protection.
