Job description
Key tasks
Responsible in facilitating the end to end recruitment process of the hotel.
Ensure documentation requirements are accomplished in relation to New Hires, Regularization, Promotion and / or, Transfer.
Responsible in managing 3rd party manpower agencies in ensuring headcount requirements are met.
Ensure adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Assist in the preparation of Monthly and Yearly Reports.

Essential and optional requirements
One (1) year experience handling Recruitment or relevant work experience.
Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline.
Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws, regulations and Industry practices.
Experience in handling labor related matters including but not limited to Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Excellent English communication.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
