Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent & Culture Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our organization's talent management strategies and fostering a positive, inclusive company culture that drives employee engagement and business success.

·  Full function Human Resource Management in a stand alone role, with approximately 60 employees. 
·  Lead and innovate our company culture initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
·  Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews
·  Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
·  Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational development needs and implement solutions
·  Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts professionally and efficiently
·  Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth
·  Report HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making
·  Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying current with changes in employment legislation

Qualifications

·  CIPD qualified
·  Full working rights in UK
·  Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and conflict resolution strategies, preferably in the hospitality industry
·  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
·  Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance
·  Experience in developing and implementing culture initiatives that drive employee engagement and satisfaction
·  Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and their application in the workplace
·  Proficiency with HR technology and HRIS systems
·  Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform HR strategies and decisions
·  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
