Job Description

· 
Champion initiatives celebrating Inclusion & Diversity, Wellbeing, and key cultural days.

· 
Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across all HR documentation.

· 
Lead and support frontline recruitment efforts, aligning talent acquisition with our operational needs and brand values.

· 
Contribute to the delivery of impactful HR skills training programs, that help our Heartists grow and develop in line with Accors purpose

· 
Assist with payroll processing and month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

· 
Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience that reflects our Heartist culture and drives long-term engagement and retention

Qualifications

You will be:

·  An engaging, approachable, optimistic and tenacious individual who can spark some excitement around the hospitality industry.
·  A passionate mentor to develop and inspire teams through strong, positive and persistent interpersonal skills.
·  A team player that strives under pressure and navigates through challenging situations with a calm and collected mindset.
·  Equipped with a minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality, with a solid understanding of hotel operations. HR experience (1+ year) preferred but not essential.
·  Computer literate with confidence in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
·  Well versed with New Zealand Employment Legislation
