Job Description

·  Supports all Mantis hotels in all the Talent & Culture aspects and being the main points of contact for T&C related matters of hotels.
·  Analyses the working procedures and discusses possible improvements with all Mantis hotels General Managers.
·  Attends the important events organized the Ministry of Tourism or any other entity that has a business relation with Talent & Culture.
·  Follows up with all Mantis hotels about different initiatives and any other programs launched by the company.
·  Plans hotels’ visits and reviews when applicable.
·  Support new Mantis hotel openings critical path by identifying the T&C requirements, manning, recruitment, and policies.
·  Plans & executes hotels' annual Talent & Culture Audits.
·  Maintains effective & healthy relationship with hotels and governmental entities.
·  Ensures full adherence of all hotels with Accor Talent & Culture policies and practices.
·  Strengthens the communication patters with all the T&C leaders in SA and other country T&C leaders in the region.

Qualifications

·  Strong understanding of performance management & strategic planning.
·  Strong hotels' Talent & Culture operational background.
·  Excellent communication skills.
·  Proven ability of evaluating financial performances and profitability. 
·  Ideally Multi Properties Experience.

Additional Information

·  Bachelor's degree in a related field (hospitality management, business management)
·  Language Requirement: English 
·  Result oriented
