Job Description

You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. Showcase your outstanding interpersonal skills as a Reservations Sales Agent, where you will provide organisational and administrative support to the team and memorable service to our guests. We are looking for a detail-oriented, multi-tasker that is passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional service.

What you will be doing:

·  Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service while corresponding with guests via various methods in a timely manner.
·  Maintain accuracy during the call & while inputting details on the call.
·  Ensure accurate payment information is received and inputted in a timely manner.
·  Ensure all guest details are fully updated on PMS system and maintain efficient records
·  Liaise and maintain strong working relationships with Sales, Food & Beverage, Front Office & other departments.
·  Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.

Qualifications

·  Experience in a similar reservations environment, alternatively, customer service experience required, preferably in a Hotel environment
·  Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office
·  Competent knowledge of OPERA PMS
·  Fluent orally & verbally in English, with other languages well regarded
·  Experience delivering excellent customer service
·  Experience providing prompt and efficient service including upselling advantageous
