Join our dynamic team as an HR Business Partner, where you'll leverage your experience collaborating with a Centre of Excellence and navigating a Matrix organization. You will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with corporate goals, partnering with leaders across diverse regions to implement effective Talent & Culture programs. Your expertise will help us drive strategic HR solutions that meet the unique needs of our Pacific Corporate office.
You will utilise your strong knowledge of Human Resources and Industrial Relations principles, as well as your familiarity with employment laws in Australia and New Zealand. You'll have the opportunity to execute global HR programs in partnership with our CoE, ensuring consistent delivery across multiple regions. Your project management skills will be vital as you lead initiatives and foster collaboration among various business divisions.
Qualifications

· Understanding and previous experience working in a Matrix organization
· Strong knowledge of HR and IR principles, practices, and employment laws in Australia and New Zealand
· Proven track record of delivering on global HR solutions in a complex organisation
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives across multiple regions and ensure consistent delivery
· Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR data analytics, with the ability to leverage insights
· 3 - 5 years progressive experience in Human Resources, with focus talent management, and operations across multiple regions
