Job Description

·  Prepare the outlet ready for service according to the outlet standard operating procedures.
·  Ensure the guests of the outlet experience an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
·  Greet customers and present menus and explain the items to the guests.
·  Maximize sales and profit by providing excellent value and service and utilize up selling techniques,
·  Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.
·  Motivate team for high performance and satisfaction/engagement.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant.
·  Should be flexible and ready to work any shift day or night given as per requirement of the outlet.
·  Living close to the hotel due to late operations during night time.
·  English and Japanese verbal skills are desirable.
·  Multitasking due to multiple tasks at hand.
·  Ability to communicate with local and international guests.
