Job Description

· 
Provides administrative support in achieving and maintaining sustainability certifications and supports the monitoring and reporting of progress on ESG, CSR, sustainability, and hotel performance goals. ​

· 
Provides support to sustainability initiative by managing correspondence and maintenance of records, schedules and coordinates meetings and monitors all sustainability related tasks.

Qualifications

· 
Graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sustainability or a related field. ​

· 
A minimum of one (1) year of experience as admin assistant in a premium hotel is an advantage. ​

· 
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen sense of detail and passion for sustainability. ​

· 
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications and excel. ​
