Now, we’re on the lookout for a Strata Manager to join our dynamic team and help us shape the future of strata management across Australia and New Zealand!  This role can be based in Sydney, Brisbane or on the Gold Coast!


 

Purpose


Are you ready to take your strata expertise to the next level with one of the world’s leading hospitality groups? At Accor, we’re looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven  Strata Manager  to support our diverse portfolio of strata properties across Australia and New Zealand.


This role offers the flexibility of a  hybrid working arrangement  following your initial training period. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our Management Letting Rights (MLR) agreements, supporting property teams, and driving strategic renewals that ensure our properties continue to deliver exceptional guest experiences.


 


What You’ll Be Doing

·  Build strong relationships with Body Corporate stakeholders and property teams
·  Attend Body Corporate meetings and provide expert guidance to General Managers
·  Ensure compliance with MLR agreements and support agreement renewals
·  Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams on strata-related matters
·  Lead initiatives to improve caretaking services across the Group
·  Deliver training and support on strata legislation and best practices

 


What You’ll Bring

·  Proven experience managing large or complex strata schemes
·  Deep understanding of Management Rights and Strata/Building Management Statements
·  Hotel operations or property management experience highly regarded
·  Strong knowledge of strata legislation
·  Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare clear, professional reports
