PURPOSE OF POSITION 职位作用
To do whatever it takes to provide exceptional service for our customers and to strive for
excellence to achieve customer satisfaction. To complete the assigned task for the daily maintenance and sanitation of all kitchens, service, back of the house area’s China, Glass & Silver in a safe and professional manner
无论作什么,都是为了向客人提供优良的服务,使顾客满意。完成上级每天分配的工作,保持所有厨房、服务区、后台区域的瓷器、玻璃和银制器皿的卫生清洁和工作态度。

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 主要任务 & 责任
O perations
1.   Neat appearance with proper clean uniform, wearing both a utility hat or hair net and work shoes.
穿着干净的制服、佩带专业的帽子或发网、穿工作鞋。
2.  Breakdown of trays, washing of china, glass and silver, stocking and distributing clean items, using specified procedures.
使用指定的程序负责盘碟的细分,瓷器、玻璃和银制器皿的清洗,储存和分配干净的器具。
3.  Actively promote accident prevention by keeping all areas swept clean and dry at all times and using wet floor signs.
     预防意外事故,始终保持所有区域地面清洁和无水,有必要时使用“地面潮湿”的警告牌。
4.   Follow chemical usage & safety procedures including the wearing of protective gear.
遵循化学药品的安全使用程序包括防护性的穿着。
5.  Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.

Communications 交流
·  Contributes and works as a team in the general operations of the kitchens, assisting colleagues when required

·  Maintains a professional and friendly attitude towards guests during contact

3. Work calmly and efficiently while promoting good working relations in the culinary department.

Grooming 整洁  
·  Ensure a clean, professional appearance according to hotel’s grooming standards
    按照酒店的整洁标准确认一个清洁的,专业的外表 。
·  Maintain high standards of appearance and good personal hygiene. Be aware of and adhere to company policies and statutory requirements with regards to health and safety, sanitation, and fire procedures
  维持高标准的外观和良好的个人卫生,对于健康和安全,卫生,消防程序注意并遵守公司政策和法规的要求。
·  Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in and around all culinary work    areas .and ensure that all colleagues clean their stations after every service.
  确保员工保持高标准的清洁和卫生设施和在所有的工作区域。并确保所有同事工作

Others 其他
·  Acquainted and familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observes the safety precautions when handling them

·  Ensure proper use and cleaning of equipment to prolong use and prevent damage
确保适当的使用和对设备的清洁延长使用寿命,和预防毁坏。
3.   Be willing to undertake additional duties and responsibilities of work outside the normal
daily/weekly routine but within the overall scope of the position.
愿意承担额外的工作职责以及常规每日/每周例行的工作职责。
4.   Ensure that you report to work on time as per culinary department schedules
根据厨房排班表,按时打卡。
5.   Report any sickness or absence from work using the correct procedures.
使用正确的程序报告任何疾病或缺席。
