Job Description

                                              Responsibilities:

Organize Sports Activities:

·  Develop and coordinate a variety of sports and recreational programs for different age groups and skill levels, including team sports, fitness classes, and educational workshops.
· 
Manage Events:

·  Plan, organize, and oversee both large and small sports events, such as tournaments, competitions, and recreational activities.
· 
Engage with Guests:

·  Interact with guests and participants to ensure an enjoyable and positive experience. Motivate and encourage participants throughout the activities.
· 
Promote Activities:

·  Advertise and promote sports activities through various communication channels, such as bulletin boards, social media, and newsletters.
· 
Provide Training:

·  Offer training sessions and guidance to participants, including teaching new techniques and improving performance.
· 
Manage Equipment:

·  Ensure that all necessary sports equipment is maintained and readily available for use.
· 
Monitor Performance:

·  Observe and assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and overall experience.
· 
Coordinate with Other Teams:

·  Work closely with other teams, such as health staff, service providers, and administrators, to ensure smooth coordination of activities.

Qualifications

                                              Qualifications:

· 
Education:

·  A degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
· 
Experience:

·  Previous experience in organizing sports activities or working in similar environments is preferred.
· 
Skills:

·  Strong communication skills, ability to motivate others, and good organizational abilities.
· 
Technical Knowledge:

·  In-depth knowledge of sports and safety procedures related to them.
· 
Ability to Work Under Pressure:

·  Ability to handle changing conditions and solve problems quickly and effectively.
