Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook Pide and Lahmacun according to traditional recipes and high standards.
· Develop and refine recipes to enhance flavor, texture, and presentation.
· Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with restaurant standards and customer expectations.
· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety regulations.
· Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
· Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
· Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on preparation techniques and best practices.
· Keep up-to-date with food trends and continually seek opportunities to innovate and improve menu offerings.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Pide and Lahmacun or similar roles.
· In-depth knowledge of traditional Turkish cooking techniques and ingredients.
· Strong culinary skills with the ability to create high-quality and visually appealing dishes.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
· Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional food experiences.
· Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred but not required.
