Job Description

Spa Therapist

This position is responsible for delivering a range of high-quality spa treatments to guests, ensuring their comfort, relaxation, and satisfaction. This role involves providing personalized services, maintaining treatment standards, and contributing to the overall luxury spa experience.

·  Perform various spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps.
·  Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
·  Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
·  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa products, services, and trends.
·  Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel relaxed and pampered.
·  Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
·  Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and sales.
·  Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy at all times.

Qualifications

·  Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
·  Certification in specialized treatments such as aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, or Turkish spa specialties.
·  Minimum of 2 years of experience as a spa therapist in a luxury spa or hotel.
·  Proficiency in various massage techniques and spa treatments.
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
