Job Description

You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Spa Therapist, you will make our guests Feel Welcome from the moment they arrive!

What you will be doing:

·  Reporting to the Spa Manager, performing facials, manicures, pedicures and as well as all body treatments such as massage, scrubs in a safe and professional manner to our guests. 
·  Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
·  Answering all questions related to services performed and products used.
·  Recognise arrivals of all VIP guests arriving in both the spa and hotel.
·  In addition to the above, having the ability to upsell our products and assisting in the Spa Reception area.
·  Perform massage and body treatments in a safe, professional and hygienic manner.
·  Always maintain a courteous, friendly and professional demeanour with guests.
·  Assist in the operations of the reception area whenever possible.
·  Perform treatment following brand standards and contribute towards the spa is receiving positive ratings from guest satisfaction surveys.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Maldives’ work experience is preferred.
·  Proficient in English.
·  Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
·  Is updated with the latest trends and servicing protocols on massage and body treatments.
·  Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
·  Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
