Job Description

·  Perform spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs according to the spa protocols and standards.
·  Consult with clients to assess their individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
·  Maintain detailed records of treatments and ensure accurate billing.
·  Uphold the highest levels of customer service, ensuring clients are comfortable, relaxed, and satisfied with their spa experience.
·  Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment room.
·  Follow health and safety regulations and ensure that all equipment and products are sanitized and stored properly.

Qualifications

·  Certification or diploma in massage therapy or a related field.
·  Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in a spa, resort, or wellness center.
·  Proficiency in various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, etc.
·  Knowledge of body and skin care treatments.
·  Strong communication and customer service skills.
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
·  Physical stamina and dexterity to perform massage therapies for extended periods.
