To consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests

· 
To assist the Spa Manager in the  day-to-day operations  of the Spa and Fitness areas, ensuring all service standards are met

· 
To  supervise Spa & Fitness staff , ensuring smooth daily operations and team motivation

· 
To  support the promotion and selling  of Spa and Fitness programs to individual guests and groups

· 
To handle guest feedback and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction

· 
To assist with administrative and operational tasks as required by management

Nitelikler

· 
Previous supervisory or team leader experience within a  Spa or Fitness Facility , preferably in a multinational environment

· 
Background in  Sports Management, Fitness, Public Relations  or Hospitality  fields will be considered an asset

· 
University/College degree in  Tourism/Hotel Management ,  Sports Management , or related disciplines is required

· 
Computer literacy in  Microsoft Windows applications  is required

· 
Strong sense of teamwork and ability to motivate team members

· 
Excellent guest relations and customer service approach

· 
Energetic, sportive, and outgoing personality  suitable for a wellness & leisure environmen
