Job Description

Mövenpick Hotel Baghdad is seeking a passionate and service-driven  Spa Supervisor  to lead our spa operations. If you are dedicated to wellness, have leadership skills, and are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.

·  Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and professional service delivery.
·  Lead and support the spa team, including therapists and receptionists, with training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
·  Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service in all spa areas.
·  Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring availability and cost control.
·  Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
·  Collaborate with the hotel’s wellness and marketing team to promote spa services and packages.
·  Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a spa or wellness supervisory role (preferably in a hotel setting).
·  Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and trends.
·  Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
·  Excellent communication and customer service skills.
·  Good command of English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
·  Certification in massage therapy or wellness-related disciplines is an advantage.
